No. Each person is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts are not allowed, whether created under different phone numbers, usernames, or devices. Use the password recovery option on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to that number. Follow the steps to set a new password. If your mobile number has changed since registration, contact support with your original number and identity details — they will verify your identity before updating the contact information.

You do not need to submit identity documents to register or to deposit. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to confirm your name and may need to submit a copy of your CNIC. The name on your 777zc account must match the name on your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account exactly — a mismatch will delay the withdrawal until it is resolved.

A locked or restricted account usually means verification is needed, or that the account is under review for a specific reason. A message will appear at login explaining the status. Contact support with your registered mobile number. They will explain what is required — usually a document submission or a short verification process — and restore access once it is completed.

Withdrawals

Go to the Withdrawal page from your account. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most commonly used for fast withdrawals. Enter the amount in PKR and confirm. If it is your first withdrawal, you will need to complete identity verification before the request is processed. Subsequent withdrawals to a verified account are processed without requiring repeated document submission.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few minutes to two hours under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If your withdrawal is pending beyond the expected timeframe and you have already completed identity verification, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.
